English summary: Die „Hofer Checkliste“ by Siegfried Hartmeyer A detailed description of a well organised (GFP regional) CP meeting at the “Burg Theresienstein” in Hof (Bavaria). Thanks to a great number of plants for sale and swap, many prominent CP-ers, wonderful ambience and weather, interesting lectures, perfect catering, and numerous visitors the event was very successful. Caused by this good performance, the author produced the 10 points “HOF CHECK LIST” as a guide to further excellent events. Made - not only - for people who are planning  a CP-event without having experience in organisation. Pictures can be found on the German version.
